So I couldn't help it. I went back to CVS tonight for more Physicians Formula. While there, I checked the endcaps and found more clearance items!

Clean & Clear Facial Cleanser, $1.75 (-$2 from 1-10 SS or PRINT or PRINT)
After Qs, all this was only $1.75 (I didn't have the Thermacare Q).
