Yes, it's that time of the year again. Foley, AL becomes laden with snow, at least a good 30x30sq feet. This post will be more for pictures than anything. Because I totally cannot seem to get on the computer on Thursdays and Fridays! But for anyone reading this in the next few hours and would like to go, here is the info from

Let It Snow Celebration Dec. 5 in downtown Foley
"The City of Foley is predicting snow again. Let it Snow, the event named one of the top ten holiday celebrations in the nation by A&E Network, will be held Saturday,
December 5 at Heritage Park in downtown Foley. Heritage Park will be transformed into a winter wonderland of snow and more snow.
There will be continuous holiday entertainment, food, beverages, a children’s village with face painting, art projects and games, arts and crafts and more. Mrs. Claus will be on site as the official storyteller. The Foley High School band will perform their holiday concert and Starlight Theatre will be singing your favorite holiday tunes.
This year there will be an area of snow for children 7 and under and an area for children 8 to 12 years old. This event is an alcohol free event. Admission is free. Come early and enjoy the Christmas Parade at 10:00am and stay late to take advantage of Foley’s fantastic shopping and dining!
